On any weight loss journey discouragement happens because the journey challenges you in every area of your life. Its more the just the physical aspects but the spiritual & mental aspects of pushing it day after day telling your body what to do. There are times that you fail but that's where you get up and press forward knowing that the next meal & next workout I'll do better. That's why its not a diet it is a lifestyle change and the truth is you do not have to be perfect. I have failed so many times in this journey but I learned not to waste them but to use them to make me stronger. You can do this!!! Don't listen to the lies your mind is telling you. God has placed the strength in each of us to achieve greatness. Why not use it??? There are far better things ahead than behind.
