How does FITBLESSEDMEALS work?
Our NEW Menu is posted on Friday! Place your order by 8p on Sunday...We cook FITBLESSEDMEALS from scratch each week on Tuesday. We will then drop the meals off for you to pick up the same day. You should arrive within 30 minutes of drop-off to ensure freshness. We recommend freezing meals if ordering 5+ per week. Home Delivery available to select zip codes ($24)
Why are there no pictures of the meals?
Great question! Although we think our meals look great, we think they taste even better! We send our meals out immediately after completion and as a result have no time for pictures...We leave that task up to you! Post your workouts and meals on Instagram #fitblessedmeals

What are the pick-up times?
As we grow, we will adjust pick-up times accordingly. Right now it is based on demand. Zee Fitness is our 1st location with dedicated pick-up hours. They are Tuesdays from 4-6p & Wednesdays from 4-8p.
Do you make Home Deliveries?
Yes! You must first select the 'Delivery' option and add it to your cart ($24) You will then be prompted to enter the address you wish your FITBLESSEDMEAL to be delivered to. Then just sit back, relax & enjoy your food!
What do you do with the extra ingredients?
We donate all of the leftover ingredients and prepped meals to St. Luke’s Catholic Church. We also donate FITBLESSEDMEALS to a local food shelter for every 21 purchased.
